If it isn't addressed, it can result in relationships breaking up, careers failing, and, sometimes, losing contact with loved ones. I use evidence-based and creative methods to assist in changing maladaptive patterns of behavior that result in such anger problems.
I am certified in anger therapy and group therapy with over 1000 hours of training and 15 years experience.
