For over 18 years I have been helping individuals, couples, adolescents, and families drawing from some of the modern systems of thought including Attachment, Existential, Humanistic, Jungian, and Transformational Systemic Theory. Additionally, I draw from buddhist psychology and the value of living mindfully.

The integration of the psychotherapeutic process can be best described as tuning one's ear to listen to one's inner voice. When we hear that voice, our world becomes still and calm. In that moment we experience peace. This is a moment available to each of us.
