“I provide insightful, motivational therapy. I believe strongly that it is important to educate the client to become their own expert. I encourage the client to lead the session and assign what goals they hope to achieve.

I work mostly with cognitive/behavioral therapy. Assisting clients in identifying their thoughts which lead to their beliefs and helping them change automatic tapes that are no longer meeting their needs. I am also credentialed in EMDR which is an approach I use to assist clients in processing traumatic information.

I work with a mental health service dog Rusty. Rusty is a five year old Golden Retriver. He works with me in my private practice. Rusty has worked in the special needs shelters after disasters.”
