I try to strike a balance between listening, educating and strategizing. I believe that most situations come down to the choices a person makes - that we all have the same basic healthy needs, but the problems are around how we are choosing to get those needs met. The majority of us let life make our choices for us, rather than truly, consciously living. If we are going to be able to live fully it's, in part, because we are choosing a life consistent with who we are and who we want to become.

My approach is eclectic in that I believe that unique individuals can't all be fit into the same approach. Unique individuals require unique solutions tailored to their personality, style of communicating and life circumstances.

I choose to focus on adults with relationship issues, men's issues, adjustment problems, depression/anxiety and older adolescents (16-up). An updated edition of my book "Conflict Resolution for Couples" (initially published in 2005) was re-released in 2009 and is available through Amazon.com, or can be ordered through any bookstore.
