Has your relationship hit a bump, or a wall? Are you stressed over career, life, kids, parents, history, medical issues? Have you ever said: I don't know what to do? I can't take it anymore? Would you like to be happy again - or maybe for the first time? When life gives you lemons ... what do you do? We don't always choose life circumstances, but we CAN choose our response. No matter what happened before, I will help you find YOURSELF, come to terms with your past, and make better choices and decisions for a happier, healthier future.

Co-author: LANGUAGE OF EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE (2008), expert in relationship history and attachment issues (how you got where you are and what to do about it). Experienced educator. I help couples, unique individuals, and those with medical conditions find strength in their differences.

I offer alternatives, not judgments, to see problems as opportunities for growth and make decisions with awareness. My compassion, insight, experience, positive attitude, humor, and metaphors/stories will help you face challenge or adversity, and "make lemonade" in your life. Let me help you help yourself create joy in your life.
