“I am a therapist who is very interactive with clients. I believe that each person has internal wisdom, that I can help them access, to solve their problems and to grow. I believe in looking at the whole person, not just the symptoms. I am flexible and open to learning how best I can help each client. I have experience in doing relational work, EMDR, cognitive therapy, ego state therapy, using both short and long-term therapy.

I prefer to involve my clients in the problem-solving process. After 30+ years in the therapy field, I am still excited about the learning that takes place in the therapy process. My strengths include attending numerous workshops and having been trained in multiple healing ways of doing therapy.

I have a warm, comfortable, welcoming style and I enjoy the work I do. I work with people who have experienced abuse and trauma, as well as those with specific current issues in their lives. I believe that therapy is a spiritual journey and can be transformative.”
