“In my work as a Professional Counselor, I support and empower individuals, couples, and families to learn to identify and create the lives they want. By helping you develop self-awareness on a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level, you can better know yourself and understand what you are experiencing. This is essential for building inner resources and letting go of unhealthy behaviors and patterns. In order to create the life you want, you have to identify and work with the obstacles that are in your way. I support a client's ability to create new possibilities in life.

I integrate various therapeutic modalities including humanistic, psychodynamic, family systems, cognitive/behavioral, gestalt and transpersonal. Some of my other areas of specialization include couples counseling, grief counseling, mood disorders(anxiety and depression), adjustment disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, crisis intervention, and spiritual development.

My work utilizes my education and training as a marriage, family, and child counselor and 25 years of holistic health practice. My approach helps clients focus on concrete, practical steps - developing awareness, inner resources and tools while learning to respect and work with what they are experiencing.”
