I know how hard it is when constant worry and stress run your life. I understand the pain of obsession, panic attacks, and trauma. If you feel this way you're not alone. I've helped many people break free of their anxiety to live happier, more productive lives.

I use an integrative approach to help my clients achieve relief as quickly as possible. Part of that approach may involve EMDR, a powerful method that has a direct effect on the way the brain processes information. Research has shown it to be an efficient and rapid treatment.

Having worked in Corporate America for more than thirty years, I have a first-hand knowledge of the rewards and challenges of that culture and can draw upon that knowledge to help my clients grow professionally and personally. I offer workshops on stress and anxiety management, and personal empowerment.”
