Life sometimes feel so stressful and overwhelming. It often feels like we should have all the answers. Whatever the relationship - children, partner, or family - there are options available that you may not have even considered. Whether you're dealing with trauma, addictions, eating disorders, or self esteem issues, we can find the answers together within you to overcome what's in the way.
One of my passions is helping people learn to accept themselves. I specialize in working with couples, children, trauma, eating disorders, codependency, and family issues. I make it my life's work to help people be present in life and learn to live life with ease.
In my practice, we work holistically with the whole family. We also use an array of innovative techniques from hypnotherapy to breathing techniques, to ADD/ADHD treatment. What truly makes us unique is the level of commitment we have to each client, relating to the light within - not the symptoms. www.growandheal.com
