I am a Bilingual, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Addiction Professional who has over 9 years of experience in Behavioral Health. I believe that one of the most important components of psychotherapy is having an atmosphere which is supportive, patient, validating and compassionate. Therapy provides my clients with an opportunity to develop a better understanding of themselves through the resolution of internal issues. This allows the formation of new healthy habits and relationships to create a more satisfying life.

My areas of expertise include working with couples, adolescents and adults to address issues of anger, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and addiction.

As a Latina, I am able to address issues related to the Hispanic culture including immigration and assimilation, feelings of guilt and shame and differences in values and customs. I work closely with my clients to assist them to take steps towards living the life that they want and deserve.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
