“I believe that everything in life has a purpose, and that sometimes we need assistance in clarifying what that is. I specialize in Intuitive Therapy which entails utilizing my intuitive and channeling abilities in sessions to clarify and articulate what the client may already sense but may not consciously be aware of. I offer services for any presenting issues and/or challenges in life from a holistic, spiritual approach. I feel that it is my calling to assist people during their journey of growth while navigating through life's challenges.

I have an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters Degree in Counseling and Psychotherapy from the Alfred Adler Graduate School. In addition, I am a Minnesota Board Approved and AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and provide individual and group supervision from an intuitive approach to MFT therapists.

I also specialize in life themes and patterns, anxiety, depression, self-care, relationship issues, work related stress and/or conflicts, grief & loss, and life transitions. I believe that we are always on our path, and feel honored to offer spiritual guidance along the way.”
