“Fifteen years of working with adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups have taught me that the pursuit of our hopes and dreams is a process. What can you expect from me? I offer you my clinical expertise and you are the expert on your life experiences. Together we build a safe therapeutic space where we can focus on the roots of your concerns with the emergance of a more satisfying way of thinking, feeling and acting. I largely see my role as a life coach to help guide you to maximize your potential in relationships, work, health and well-being.

The therapeutic orientations I use are a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive behavior and humanistic therapies. My style is compassionate and active. I am experienced working with a large range of issues, and especially skilled working with relationship difficulties, chronic illness, eating disorders, depression and anxiety, emotional regulation and distress tolerance.

I have worked as a photographer, public policy advocate, clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I am able to respond to a large range of presenting problems and adept at working with the most difficult to treat. I am committed to helping you get beyond what ails you.”
