As a licensed professional counselor and also as a board certified art therapist, I understand feelings can also be discovered through creating simple, profound images. Whether exploring your feelings through talking or seeing how you feel through creating art, we can arrive at a more "complete picture" for understanding leading to greater insight and relief.

Meeting you where you are at in your personal journey, I will listen to you and invite you to express your feelings through words, metaphors, symbols, and even through art to sincerely see how you are feeling. New ways of coping can be learned for your continued personal growth beyond therapy.

In the sunny setting, serene music, an abundant array of art materials and compassionate, trusting care embrace my clients. I also offer expressive arts workshops, art classes, and open studio times to compliment a client's therapy and/or to help clients maintain goals obtained beyond therapy.
