Therapy can be brief or long-term, depending on what you want to achieve

My approach is gentle, while the effects are often life-changing. Strategies can include cognitive therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT (a form of emotional acupressure), and Past Life Regression (as trained by Dr.Brian Weiss).
