Hope is a miraculous ingredient for peace and happiness. From our very first session, I strive to help my clients recapture their sense of hope and set goals for positive change. I work as a supportive catalyst and facilitator, providing therapy that is brief, but intensive--a "spark plug" in each client's timely self re-direction. I use EMDR, RRT, and hypnosis to quickly process anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress. Such deeper level treatments frequently bring faster relief. I enjoy coaching individuals who are excited about investment in "self" as the primary instrument of their own personal success.

I work with children, adults, couples, families, and businesses, couching clients in their creation and completion of personal growth objectives. I draw upon my extensive educational, experiential, and spiritual learnings to maintain a purposeful connection with each individual, mindful of his or her innate competence and abilities.

Together, we set goals toward a positive outcome, traveling an awareness path of personal healing, discovery, and accomplishment. It is always a pleasure to witness the emergence and appreciation of each and every "congruent self" that evolves through our therapeutic relationship.
