I've received recognition by my fellow psychologists as President of the Society for Personality Assessment, a past president of the Michigan Psychological Association, and a recipient of the Michigan Psychological Association Distinguished Psychologist Award and the American Psychological Association Heiser Presidential Award.
But I also measure my success in terms of my contributions to revitalized relationships and enhanced lives.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I have special expertise in evaluating personal and family problems. I am frequently consulted by other therapists, courts and attorneys, and people who just want to understand themselves better. Psychological Institutes of Michigan is the oldest psychology group practice in Michigan. Our full service practice offers psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, serving all ages. We also offer clinical, educational, and forensic assessment; medication consultations; career counseling and employment screening; parent guidance and parent ccordination; mediation and conflict resolution; clinical consultation and supervision for our fellow mental health professionals; and community education. Located in a lovely wooded setting in historic Franklin Village (but easily accessible from major freeways), our offices offer a peaceful haven for those who wish to take some time to reflect on their lives and relationships.
