I attempt to incorporate my education and life experiences in helping my clients to build more self-knowledge and make conscious what may be subconscious motivations for problematic patterns. I like to explore family of origin issues, when appropriate, and other significant life experiences to help lighten and enlighten you.

I provide holistic therapy in a nurturing, growth-focussed atmosphere. As a Honolulu psychologist, my experiences working and living in Hawaii, Japan, China, Taiwan and the Philippines enrich the therapeutic process. These cultural and linguistic opportunities have allowed me to experience a broader and deeper understanding of the human experience.”
