“I approach therapy from a humanistic perspective, we all face similar issues due to being part of the human experience. As humans we all have basic human experiences including: becoming self-aware, searching for identity, defining our relationship to others, searching for meaning and facing issues of mortality. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment to facilitate personal growth and empower my clients to reach their personal goals. My clients receive support in a non-judgemental and caring environment to make positive life changes.

I work from a humanistic model, but I will pull techniques from other models if the client needs a different type of approach. I accompany my clients on their therapeutic journey and respect my clients showing me the roads they want to travel while maneuvering to their destination.

I am a licensed professional counselor and a certified alcohol/drug counselor. I have numerous years experience working with adolescents, although I enjoy working with all ages. I love my profession and I feel is a great privledge to be allowed into clients' inner worlds to assist in their growth.”
