Everyone needs a little help sometimes. You might feel ready for a change, but you're having trouble doing it alone. Worries may be piling up - about your relationships, moods, money, work, the troubles in the world, even your sense of who you really are and what you really want in your life. As my client, we become partners in exploring your true self, and gently dissolving whatever burdens may be blocking your way. Then, you can naturally move toward greater clarity, deeper calm, and a more consistent feeling of aliveness.

Collaboration is key. I hold great respect for every client, and we work together to achieve the client's goals and dreams, whatever they are.

I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples on relationship issues, anxiety and depression, GLBT concerns, and health - especially cancer and chronic pain. I use a spiritual approach that sees how each individual both learns from me and teaches me, and I value every lesson.
