“As Therapist and Life Coach, I am integrally connected to the burgeoning science of positive psychology which is grounded in exploring what makes and keeps people happy. My approach emphasizes the uniqueness and potential of each individual. I dwell in the possibility for positive change. I am committed to the use of tools which make it possible for you to recognize, appreciate and utilize your signature character strengths to assist you with any perceived problems, limitations and areas of healing, thereby opening the door for you to set your intention toward the realm of possibility.
As a client, I hope you will find yourself willing to take meaningful risks for the sake of a full life. You will experience me as a strong advocate and champion for the fulfillment of your goals, helping you engage fully in your own possibility, renewal and personal transformation.
My practice style emphasizes health rather than pathology. "Rather than fixating on what is wrong, what is missing, what we have not been given or have not achieved, we instead focus on what is right, what is not lost, what is already working." (I credit the work of Martin Seligman.)”
