As your counselor, it's my hope to help steer you back toward your truth and purpose...toward who you are meant to be. From a collaborative and relational approach, I will work with you to accomplish your goals. I will help you uncover your own healing resources and strengths through the meaningful connection of the spiritual, emotional, mental and physical.

I'm trained in EMDR and have found this method to be particularly effective for folks who feel "stuck" in negative, habitual patterns of living and relating.
