“Is life getting complicated? I can help you figure it out in a short amount of time! My belief is that you CAN learn new ways to deal with life!. We all have old wounds or traumas that sometimes get in the way . Not knowing how to live today without all the baggage can lead to individual pain and/or relationship problems. My favorite saying is "if nothing changes, nothing changes." If you don't like how your life is going, it's time for a change. I can help you with this.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Studies have shown it to be as effective if not more effective than anti-depressants. Google it. I am also trained in EMDR. It is one of the most effective methods being used in the treatment of single issue or complicated trauma.

CBT and EMDR go hand in hand. They are both short term therapies. EMDR was developed for trauma but is now being used for other issues such as grief, anxiety, phobias. Adults only. Individuals or couples. cbtcounselor.com for more info”
