As a licensed clinical psychologist and performance/career consultant, my practice is dedicated to assisting individuals, couples, teams and organizations that are committed to maximizing their potential. I utilize up-to-date research and technology to assist those struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, ADD, substance problems, life challenges, relationship issues & career obstacles. Once a client has regained a sense of normalcy, I often work to bring him/her to a new level of functioning and success.

I focus on the present, the future, and human potential. The past is used as a learning tool to springboard from. My approach is ecelectic and I predominantly utilize a cognitive-behavioral (CBT), holistic, and solution-focused theoretical orientation.
