I am considered a gentle, compassionate listener and want to help you find practical and desirable solutions. Although it may seems a long way from how you now feel, my hope is that you will wake up every morning happy and joyful to be alive. Are ready to step into your full power and creativity? My ideal clients are ready to deal with deep core issues and create a wonderful life based on integrity, healthy relationships, responsibility, appreciation and joy.

I focus on knowing clearly who you are at your essence. A client recently said to me, "You helped me learn to help myself." That is what I hope I can do for you. I use a whole body method of experiential learning that allows us to gently and quickly deal with deep core issues.

I have extensive experience and training in relationship counseling. I taught divorce recovery programs for six years and have written numerous articles on relationships. My Hendricks training focused on relationships and Leadership and Transformation in a playful, gentle practical way that gives you the tools you need to create the life and relationships you want.
