Teenagers struggling? Families struggling to understand them and help? I help families and Individuals build relationships and make changes. My personal style and philosophy is Relational based in Humanistic, Family Systems and Gestalt theory. I also have a Wilderness therapy background, having worked with at Risk teens and Families in a Wilderness Residential Treatment Facility.

I work with Teenagers, College age, Young adults and Families in a variety of settings, Individual, and Group, Indoors and in the "Great Out Doors", and struggling with a variety of issues. Including: Depression, Alcohol & Drug abuse, Poor Self-Esteem, Peer relations, School/ Work related issues, ADD, and Anxiety.
