“The focus of my practice is individual and couples counseling on a range of issues including sexuality and identity, relationships, pregnancy and parenting, grief and loss, partners of trauma survivors, and children of holocaust survivors. I work from an eclectic, client-centered and feminist perspective, encouraging opportunities for personal growth and self-awareness. As I am also a certified Blue Belt Nia teacher, teaching people of all ages, genders, body types and fitness level, I am able to bring to my practice the creativity of movement and voice, giving client the opportunity to explore the physical, emotional mental and spiritual realms.
I use my own experiences as well as personal strength, compassion, sensitivity humour and intuition to support clients on their journey of growth and healing.
I see my work as a therapist, as well as a Nia instructor, as an opportunity to learn more about our lives, our bodies, and our ability to be fully ourselves.”
