“My approach to working with couples and individuals is both Psychodynamic (looking at patterns and themes in our life that may be contributing to current problems) and Cognitive Behavioral (looking at how our thoughts influence our emotions). My role as a therapist is to help you get to a place in your life that is more satisfying. I enjoy working with individuals and couples.

I strongly believe awareness is the key to change.--You can't change something if you don't recognize it! I use a here-and-now approach to therapy that is relevant to work stress, relationship issues, and many other concerns.

I especially enjoy working with couples because I can see the strengths and potential in your relationship that may seem lost. I help couples to clarify the issues in their relationship and get back on a more productive and loving path.”
