Are you looking for a more balanced and fulfilling life? I help individuals and couples map out what is happening right now. Our work together will aim to increase your awareness, enhance effective communication skills and discover lasting change. We will ask questions that help you see things in a new way, explore patterns in important relationships, come up with strategies to strengthen your sense of self, and problem-solve emotionally charged situations. Developing awareness in these areas can improve relationships, reduce anxiety, and increase feelings of satisfaction.
Clients come to see me for help with the following issues: Stress, depression, feelings of dissatisfaction, anxiety, decisions regarding relationships or jobs, worry about the future, conflict with family, illness, anger, grief, loneliness, and communication problems.
Practice specialties include individual and couple counseling for parents, counseling for women across the life cycle, and parenting.
