“WELCOME TO MY SITE I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist. My work is based on the assumption that we all have an unconscious mind and that this part of our psyche can influence our lives in very significant ways, causing us to feel things we do not want to feel or react in ways that we find unacceptable. These influences can cause difficulties, confusions and pain, and so it is important to explore how that may be happening and to resolve the problems that have resulted.
Examining patterns of life, analyzing dreams, and, in some cases, therapeutic trance states aid with this work. Psychotherapy concentrates on healing the emotions, mind and spirit. My practice includes work with adolescents and adults who want to undertake this ambitious and rewarding process.
I also specialize in grief and bereavement therapy. I believe that life is a challenge that we are meant to meet. A full psychotherapeutic experience involves freeing those resources and meeting that challenge.”

Loss is one of the most difficult human experiences. Many emotions can be stirred up by the death of a person who has been intricately woven into one's life. Each person experiences and expresses grief in their own way. Sharing one's experience with others who are also struggling with these emotions can be healing. This group offers the opportunity for people to share and work through their grief together. If you are grieving, you are most welcome to give me a call. I would be glad to speak with you 416-856-7462 Runs Feb.2-Mar.30, 2009
