“I BELIEVE THAT LIFE IS A CHALLENGE THAT WE ARE MEANT TO MEET This challenge can be difficult if we find ourselves overcome by emotion, overwhelmed by grief, caught in the grip of depression or anxiety or simply feel lost in our own lives. By accepting the challenge of psychotherapy, many years ago, I was able to work through and heal from the pain and confusion that had held me. I found the freedom to live my life with confidence and know that I have value. Psychotherapy is it's own challenge, one that offers the reward of yourself.

In my practice, we will spend time exploring the recent, or remote past. Long forgotten experiences may be exerting hidden influences and bringing those experiences to light is often necessary for personal fulfillment. I do dream analysis and therapeutic trance. I have specialized training in grief and bereavement therapy.

" At bottom every man or woman knows well enough that she (or he) is a unique human being, only once on this earth; and by no extraordinary chance will such a marvelously picturesque piece of diversity in unity as he (or she) is, ever be put together a second time " Nietzsche”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
