“My practice focuses on counseling for depression, anxiety, life's transitions and low self esteem. I offer couples counseling for those seeking support during an engagement and through the challenges of commitment and marriage. I enjoy helping young adults grow into their lives finding independence yet connection with their families of origin. I believe therapy is an opportunity to take a step towards yourself and that the role of therapy is to bring relief during difficult times and to build strength, stamina, acceptance and the skills necessary to remain engaged with oneself and the people that fill our lives.

My style is relational, eclectic and client centered. I use traditional talk therapy, as well as drawing and body awareness as tools for exploration. My focus is on building skills for the present and untangling old response patterns by exploring your family history to build lasting awareness that support change.

I believe that my educational back ground in systems psychology and my holistic approach to healing and problem solving will allow me to support you in making the changes you need and will give you the tools necessary for lasting change.”
