Have you been dealing with anxiety and/or depression? Are you transitioning to life away from home as a young adult? Has a loved one died and you feel lost? Are you/your partner having children, and things don't quite seem the same? I have counseled students (adolescents and young adults), managed a case management program supporting older adults and their families, dealt with grief and loss issues, and clinically supervised other therapists, in the last 18 years. Individuals also see me to address challenges of adolescence, pregnancy/postpartum, relationships, student life issues, and older adult life transitions.
I encourage you to observe yourself, address your choices, and assist with improving your life and relationships by using a variety of therapeutic styles. Together, we focus on what your issues are as I assist you in problem-solving through ways that work best for you!
I come from an internationally diverse background. I am a member of Postpartum Support International and of the National Association of Social Workers. My office is located in downtown Champaign, Illinois. Feel free to contact me so we can get started on your new journey of self-discovery and understanding.
