With over 25 years experience in an established Traverse City private practice, my philosophy combines a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to therapy, with honest, direct feedback. We will work toward meeting the challenges in your relationships and your personal growth. My ideal client is one who is willing to work diligently for positive change and to share yourself and some laughs along the way. I work with both men and women of diverse backgrounds in many clinical areas including Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, and growth.

I will provide individualized counseling including short term therapy for situational stressors or more intensive work to address less obvious sources of depression, anxiety or unhealthy relationships.
