“While we would all like to feel a sense of trust, love, adequacy, protection, and belonging in our lives; we often hit periods where one or more of these basic human needs are struggling. We may imagine how we thought our lives would go only to find ourselves on a path we did not intend to take. The above can lead us to feeling out of balance and perhaps anxious or depressed. My approach is to understand your reality and assist you in creating the valued life you desire.

Whether I am working with a child utilizing play therapy, applying ACT therapy to empower an adult in coping with their anxiety, or helping a couple out of a power struggle; I am an ethical counselor who conveys a deep regard for my clients.

I understand on a professional level, and from a personal perspective, the challenges that come with marriage, divorce, parenting, and blended families. I work with my clients, giving them the tools they want, to create a better life.”
