I use an integrative approach in the counseling process. This means I draw concepts and methods from a variety of counseling theories. The techniques I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR-Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, DNMS-Developmental Needs Meeting Strategy, NET-Neuro Emotional Technique, and TFT- Thought Field Therapy.

These techniques are especially helpful with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and childhood issues.
