Mrs. Nora Reiner Gluck

I am a seasoned clinician with experience helping individuals, couples and families. Above all, I believe in the potential of each person to find joy and pleasure in life through creating satisfying relationships and meaningful work. Therapy at its best is a collaborative process between the client and the therapist. I have special interest and expertise in couples therapy and training in Bowen Family Systems, PAIRS, Imago and Sue Johnson's Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I also practice EMDR, EFT, and other forms of energy psychology. I am a yoga teacher and sometimes integrate it into more traditional therapy.

I practice an integrative model that includes family systems, psychodynamics, couple therapy, energy psychology and mind/body techniques, including breathing techniques, yoga, meditation and relaxation. I have extensive training in couples therapy (PAIRS, Imago,Bowen Family Systems and EFT) and have taught and supervised at Yale and several training institutes .

I studied many forms of therapy, enabling me to customize my approach to the unique needs of each client. My interest in relationships informs my work, and I have an engaging style that allows people to feel comfortable with me.
