Challenging or Explosive Kids: Parents, are you constantly battling with your child or teen? Do the tantrums or melt downs appear to come out of no where? Morning battles, dinner battles, bed-time battles, battles over homework, battles over chores, etc? Do you feel like you have turned yourself inside-out trying to help your child? Are you at a loss as to how to make the situation better?

Adults: Do you feel like you don't know who you are anymore? Have you recently experienced an event that has thrown you, and you are not sure how to get back on track? Are you constantly mulling this over in your mind and the answers are not coming to you?

I use a collaborative style of coaching to help clients recognize and work through all of this confusion. Once we identify the stumbling blocks, we will develop tools to help you. Parent coaching is used when working with explosive or challenging children/teens.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
