“Are you frustrated with the interactions you have with your teen, parent, roommate, or partner/spouse? Are you constantly battling over homework, getting up in the morning, chores, going to bed, help around the house, etc? Do you feel like you have tried everything to fix this situation, and so far, nothing seems to work?

The approach I use to help clients is collaborative and proactive where I help kids, young adults, parents, and couples recognize and work through their frustrations. Together we will create solutions and find tools to minimize explosions and unhealthy interactions.

I specialize in helping clients identify the patterns that lead to melt-downs or emotionally draining situations. Once we know the patterns, then I teach clients how to recognize their triggers before the situation gets too far out of control.”
