“There are times when we all need a little help coping with worry, sadness and the stresses of life. Working together in a safe enviornment, we will construct effective, time sensitive strategies to help you cope with and overcome your pain. We will work towards acheiving your goals. I strive to help all of my clients regardless of their age, recognize and develop their own particular strenghts. This allows for durable change. I know that this can only be accomplished in a setting that respects and guarantees your privacy.

I help children, teens and adults who are having difficulty coping with anxiety and depression. I know that Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy can effectively treat the pain of anxiety and depression. Family and Couples Counselling works with those couples and families, who experience conflict and pain in their relationships.

My practice helps children, teens and adults, who are challenged with the worry and pain that results from anxiety and depression, including those who suffer from the effects of trauma and OCD. I also help those who have a history of emotional problems related to learning disabilities and/or ADHD.”
