I love working with young professionals in business, writing, and the arts, and helping executives deal with stress. Relationship traumas, work challenges, loneliness or insecurity, loss, life transitions, procrastination, and performance/creativity blocks are specialties. I teach practical methods to alleviate anxiety, stress, and depression.
