I offer psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis -- an interactive, curious, non-judgmental exploration of the internal processes getting in the way of being the person you want to be. We create an environment where you can feel safe to think, feel, and express the truth. We start in the here and now, re-working the past templates that superimpose themselves on the present.

I have experience with a range of issues, including low self-esteem, depression, relationships, work issues, substance abuse and recovery. I don't give homework or advice; rather, we identify denied feelings, entrenched identifications, fears, longings, and conflicts so you can be more flexible, risk-taking, alive, and integrated.

Please note that I am not in-network with any HMOs, but most insurance plans will cover if you have out-of-network coverage. If you do not, I have a sliding scale that starts at $100 per session.
