I have been married for 33 years and raised three children. My life experience has enabled me to be compassionate but direct.
Men's groups provide safety for speaking your truth, compassionate feedback, commitments, laughter, and camaraderie. , My couples work focuses on understanding the differences between men and women and unwinding and healing old wounds. Affairs are also a speciality. Individual work is a call to speaking your truth and taking action.

My groups are for support and empowerment. The issues commonly brought to group are: relationships, depression, addictions, anxiety, stress, life changes, self esteem. The minimum commitment is for six weeks but the average stay is 3 1/2 years because men get that much out of the experience. Each group becomes a community of support for the men. I run three groups a week: Mondays 4-6 and 6:30-8:30, Wednesdays 6:30 to 8:30. The standard group is 1.5 hrs. Mine are 2+ hours for maximum results.
