Are you ready to change your life? I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a wellness practice in Kettering focusing on the mind, body and spirit. I have worked in a variety of diverse settings over the years which ultimately led to me beginning my own practice in 2002. I specialize in trauma and abuse, relationship issues, optimal health, women's issues, life transitions, adolescence, GLBT, and grief counseling. I have changed my practice to a holistic life coaching model so I no longer accept insurance. My services are on a self-pay basis for all new clients.
I have specialty training in guided imagery, EMDR, EFT, hypnosis and using intuition to heal. My current passion involves integrating holistic alternative approaches to health and healing with psychology. My clinical training was eclectic in nature which fits both my personality and my approach to therapy.
