“My potential client is looking for a collaborative and supportive environment to address current issues or life transitions. My clients represent a diverse range of age, issues and backgrounds. Some people are facing transitions of moving to a new area, entering a different phase in their life, or adjusting after a break-up or death. Some have had struggles their whole lives, while others have recent challenges that are too great to deal with on their own. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and conduct individual, couples' and family therapy. Additionally, I do psychogical evaluations, trainings, consultations, and presentations.

I provide a respectful atmosphere and a solution-oriented approach to help the client reach his / her goals. Relationship dynamics are explored, and thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are addressed. I provide support and guidance while offering a new perspective and specific tools to help the person better manage.

I take a holistic approach that is focused on prevention and improving overall health and wellbeing. I personally am physically active and strive to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I have special training in cultural and diversity issues, and was a volunteer responder to Hurricane Katrina evacuees in Louisiana.”
