“My potential clients are looking for a collaborative and supportive environment to address current concerns or life transitions. My clients represent a diverse range of age, issues and backgrounds. Some people I work with are facing transitions of moving to a new area, entering a different phase in life, or adjusting after a break-up or death of a loved one. Some have had struggles their whole lives, while others have recent challenges that are too great to deal with on their own. Many are making major life changes, where they are trying to better understand themselves and lead healthier lives.

I provide a respectful atmosphere and a solution-oriented approach to help the client reach his / her goals. Relationship dynamics are explored, and thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are addressed. I provide support and guidance while offering a new perspective and specific tools to help the person better manage.

I take a holistic approach that is focused on prevention and improving overall health and wellbeing. I personally am physically active and strive to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. I have special training in cultural and diversity issues.”
