Life and life's problems can feel overwhelming,anxiety or depression can wreck anyone's day but they shouldn't rule anyone's life. I don't believe in staring at you until it's time to tell you your time is up. I'm an interactive,supportive therapist, hypnotherapist and coach,talking with you,not at you;respecting your inner wisdom.I've been in private practice since 1990. If I haven't heard it already, it probably doesn't exist, so no client should ever feel like I'll be shocked or disapprove of any problem or issue.

I've successfully treated depression, anxiety;issues such as relationships,divorce,infidelity, PTSD, alcoholism, living with someone who is alcoholic,jobs,discovering the authentic self, swinging and open relationship issues,enhancing creativity and more.In addition to being a therapist, I'm also a certified Master Hypnotist and Regression Specialist.

If it is inconvenient for you to come to my office, I'm available by telephone, video conferencing, email or a combination, late at night and most weekends. I work with straight, gay, and bi-sexual individuals and couples. I've worked extensively with Vietnam veterans and with individuation issues.
