I am a licensed psychologist who approaches each of my clients with openness and compassion. I believe in the healing power of change and have an appreciation for the deep process that fosters long-term growth. I specialize in fertility, family planning, perinatal/post-partum mood concerns, and eating disorders.
My clinical work is informed by my experience with mindfulness-based practices. I completed mindfulness-based childbirth and parenting training at UCSF Osher Center, as well as mindfulness-based family planning and fertility training (based on the work of Dr. Alice Domar).
My practice is housed in a holistic health clinic, "The Root and the Branch". We focus on women's health concerns, especially as they relate to fertility and perinatal and postpartum health.
