She has extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, anger, violence and abuse.

Sylvia K. Neal utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Therapy, Brief Therapy, Solution Focused and client centered. She has worked with adults, children, adolescents, individuals, families and groups.
