I value each person that I work with - it is an honor that they choose to take me in their confidence. I assist every client work towards their own personal fulfillment: achieving personal goals and gaining personal comfort. Finding a therapist can be overwhelming. I see it as my responsibility to put clients at ease and facilitate a successful therapeutic experience for those that chose to work with me. Therapy should be a positive interaction, even when discussing difficult issues. I work with each client to determine a course of treatment that works. If there are past issues to be resolved, we will work on those while at the same time actively focusing on change in the present.

My special interests include working with those in creative fields - those involved in music, art, and acting; therapists looking for therapy. I also run a mediation company - CFRMediation.com - which resolves conflicts, such as divorce, in a peaceful and positive manner.
