“It's perfectly normal and expected to feel some ambivalence about beginning psychotherapy. There is a natural fear that talking about things will make them worse and that the parts of one's life that are going well could get messed up in the process. My experience and training of 22 years has shown me however, that the therapeutic process enriches and strengthens what is already going well. The areas that one wants to improve become much better understood through the process, thereby clearing the way for real change to occur, which will only lead to a significantly more fulfilled life.

I have worked extensively with the issues that many individuals present related to anxiety and/or depression, and low self esteem. I have been very successful in helping individuals understand and work through conflicts, enabling them to better reach their potential in work and/or in personal relationships.

Additionally, I have expertise in the area of addiction, including sex addiction and have been able to effect change quickly with these kinds of issues. Many years in the field of psychotherapy has provided me with the gratifying experience of working with a wide range of individuals and difficulties.”
