“At "Life by Design", I provide counseling, life coaching and hypnosis, to individuals, couples, families and groups, age 18 and older. I believe that anyone, regardless of their background, habits or experiences, can learn how to take direction in their life, and begin living the life they were created for, free from toxic levels of anxiety and stress. Based on this belief, along with a strong and dedicated passion for what I do, my goal is to assist you to design and create the life you have always hoped for, and to uncover the happiness you have been waiting for.

I bring a wealth of experience, compassion and knowledge to your counseling or life coaching session,with over 20 combined years, working in the medical field,as a nurse, addictions counselor, relationship coach, and therapist. This allows me to offer a multitude of areas of experience and unique specialties.

Working with clients addictions led me to study hypnosis, a natural non-addictive alternative. As a Hypnotherapist, I can also help you achieve freedom from smoking, or other addictions, overeating, poor self image, test anxiety,fears & phobias, chronic pain, PTSD, depression, and many other areas, quickly and with amazing results.”
