“Counseling is beneficial when you wish to receive on-going support, guidance and processing of various experiences. My approach is eclectic and depending on what you bring to a session, my sense of how to approach that issue, and your own input, I utilize a number of methods to help you achieve your counseling goals. In addition to powerful listening and reflection, I employ a variety of experiencial methods to get to the root of unwanted behaviors and beliefs. I believe the experience of being understood and valued gives you the freedom to grow.

I believe negative childhood messages can become hindrances to our adult lives. Through self-enhancing redicisions you can live the authentic life you have always desired. Trauma of any kind alters a persons view of self and life. I find it a privilege to guide others to healing.
