I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, a Certified Group Psychotherapist and a Clincial Supervisor. In addition to my 20+ years of experience I have taught undergraduate and graduate students. I have also had the fortune to work successfully with a diverse population of individuals, families and organizations. Experience has taught me that each of us has a strong desire to live in authentic, content relationships.
Many of us have developed ways of coping that interfere with achieving our desire to live happily and contently in type of relationships we choose. Psychotherapy helps us understand the impasses so that alternative choices can be made.
